- School Transfer Certificate (TC)
- Birth Certificate
- Passport
- Driving Licence
- Medical Age Certificate
- PHH or AAY ration card
- Bank account details
- Self-declaration form

Eligibility Requirements
To receive benefits under the scheme, applicants must meet the following conditions:
- Age must be between 35 and 60 years
- The applicant should not be receiving any social security pension
- Must possess either:
- Antyodaya Anna Yojana (AAY) Ration Card – Yellow Card, or
- Priority Household (PHH) Ration Card – Pink Card
- Must not be employed in any Central, State, or Quasi-Government organization
Women who satisfy all the above conditions can apply online and avail themselves of the financial assistance offered under the scheme.
