Bandhan Mutual Fund has rolled out two new open-ended fund-of-fund (FoF) schemes — Bandhan Gold ETF FoF and Bandhan Silver ETF FoF — enabling investors to participate in gold and silver as asset classes through a mutual fund route. These schemes provide an easy way to gain exposure to precious metals without directly buying or storing them physically.
NFO Subscription Window
The New Fund Offers (NFOs) for both schemes will open on January 12, 2026, and will close on January 20, 2026. Investors can apply through registered mutual fund distributors, SEBI-registered investment advisors, online platforms, or directly via the Bandhan Mutual Fund website.
Bandhan Gold ETF Fund of Fund
The Bandhan Gold ETF FoF seeks to deliver long-term capital appreciation by investing primarily in units of Gold Exchange Traded Funds, which themselves are backed by physical gold. As an open-ended FoF scheme, it offers investors convenient access to gold as a financial asset.
This scheme may be suitable for investors who want:
- Potential long-term capital growth
- Indirect exposure to gold through Gold ETFs backed by physical gold
Investment Objective:
The fund aims to generate returns by investing in units of Gold ETFs. However, achievement of the investment objective is not assured and depends on market movements.
Bandhan Silver ETF Fund of Fund
The Bandhan Silver ETF FoF is designed to provide long-term capital appreciation by investing in units of Silver ETFs that allocate funds to physical silver. This open-ended FoF scheme enables investors to participate in price movements of silver in a structured manner.
This scheme may be suitable for investors who want:
- Long-term wealth creation potential
- Access to silver as an asset class via Silver ETFs backed by physical silver
Investment Objective:
The scheme endeavors to generate capital appreciation by investing in units of Silver ETFs. As with any market-linked investment, returns are not guaranteed.

Both schemes will be managed by Mr. Abhishek Jain, who brings more than 13 years of professional experience across equity markets and investment management. He is part of the fund management team at Bandhan AMC Limited.
