Aurionpro Solutions Limited has won a ₹150 crore multi-year contract from Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) Limited to implement Automated Fare Collection (AFC) systems for the Bhopal and Indore Metro projects. This contract strengthens Aurionpro’s presence in India’s growing metro rail sector and highlights its expanding capabilities in smart mobility solutions.

Under the agreement, Aurionpro will design, supply, implement, and maintain open-loop EMV card and QR-code-based AFC systems, followed by five years of operations and maintenance support. The project, executed in collaboration with Madhya Pradesh Metro Rail Corporation Limited, is aligned with global payment standards and India’s National Common Mobility Card (NCMC) guidelines, ensuring seamless interoperability across metro networks.

Aurionpro’s in-house “Made in India” design and manufacturing capabilities underpin the project, reflecting the company’s commitment to domestic technological self-reliance. The contract is expected to improve commuter convenience, streamline operational efficiency, and set a benchmark for smart metro solutions in the region.
