Latest Updates

DEE Development Engineers Limited has announced the acquisition of fresh orders valued at approximately ₹173 crore, further strengthening its position in the power sector’s critical piping solutions segment. The contracts have been secured by the company as well as its Thailand-based subsidiary, reflecting both domestic and international demand for its engineering capabilities.

The newly awarded projects involve the manufacturing and supply of specialised piping systems, executed under both job work and material supply arrangements.

Breakdown of the Order Book

In a regulatory filing dated February 23, 2026, DEE Development Engineers disclosed that it, along with its material subsidiary M/s DEE Piping Systems (Thailand) Co., Ltd., had secured cumulative contracts worth around ₹173 crore.

The parent company has received domestic orders totalling approximately ₹88 crore on a job work basis. Meanwhile, the Thailand subsidiary has been awarded overseas contracts valued at about US$8 million under job work arrangements and an additional US$1.5 million on a material supply basis.

These contracts are primarily focused on the power generation sector, underscoring continued investment activity within the industry.

Key Domestic Orders, Including BHEL Contract

Among the domestic contracts, DEE Development Engineers has received a Letter of Intent from Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL) for the fabrication and supply of critical piping components, including headers and pressure vessels. This order, valued at ₹26 crore, will be executed on a job work basis and is expected to be completed within one year.

In addition, the company has secured a contract exceeding ₹42 crore from a joint venture between an Indian and an international conglomerate operating in the power sector. The scope of work involves the production of specialised piping systems, with delivery targeted within a one-year timeframe.

Another domestic order worth over ₹20 crore has been awarded by an Indian conglomerate in the power industry. This project, also focused on piping solutions manufacturing, is scheduled for execution within six to eight months.

Collectively, these domestic wins strengthen DEE’s order pipeline and reinforce its long-standing relationships with leading players in India’s energy infrastructure ecosystem.

International Contracts Through Thailand Subsidiary

DEE’s material subsidiary, M/s DEE Piping Systems (Thailand) Co., Ltd., has secured significant export orders from a US-based original equipment manufacturer (OEM) serving the power generation industry.

The larger component of the international contract, valued at approximately US$8 million, involves the manufacturing of Heat Recovery Steam Generator (HRSG) piping for 11 units. This portion will be delivered in phases, with completion scheduled by December 2028.

Additionally, the subsidiary has received a US$1.5 million order for the production of pipe fittings and flanges, including material supply, for seven units. This segment of the project is slated for completion by December 2027.

The overseas orders demonstrate DEE’s expanding global footprint and its capability to execute complex engineering assignments across markets.

Strengthening Position in Power Infrastructure

With these fresh contract wins, DEE Development Engineers continues to build momentum in the power sector, a segment that remains critical for infrastructure growth in both domestic and international markets.

The combination of job work and material-based contracts provides diversified revenue streams while reinforcing technical expertise in high-specification piping solutions. As energy infrastructure projects expand globally, the company’s growing order book positions it to capitalise on sustained industry demand.

Summary

DEE Development Engineers has secured new contracts worth approximately ₹173 crore across domestic and international markets. Domestic orders totalling ₹88 crore include a ₹26 crore contract from Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited, along with other significant power sector projects. Its Thailand-based subsidiary has won US$9.5 million in export contracts for HRSG piping, pipe fittings, and flanges. The new orders strengthen the company’s presence in the power infrastructure segment and expand its global execution portfolio.
